Whilst quite similar to the light summery spirit of the 2009 vintage, there are more cozy, welcoming warm leather aromas and flavours. Rather than the bright acidity, enjoyably dry tannins and earthy elements provide balance, and hints of spicy white pepper contribute zip in the pleasantly spicy finish. Cheerful and friendly, this is a wonderful value and a great companion at the table.
